What kind of material is used to make store signs?
All store signs are printed on heavy wieght paper using UV inks.
Will my store sign look exactly like the screen preview?
All of the type and spacing will be the same. Colors may not be an exact match because of variations in displays from one computer to the next.
What if I would like to use a different font, text size, or color than is offered in the template?
Please add your custom requests to the Comments box at checkout. You may also request an emailed proof if necessary.
PHOTO/LOGO UPLOAD QUESTIONS
Can I use my own design for store signs?
Yes. We accept print-ready files in any of the following formats: EPS, JPG, TIF, GIF, and BMP.
What file sizes can I upload?
There is no limit to the size of file you can upload. However, the larger the file, the longer it will take to upload.
What resolution should my photos/artwork be?
For an image to print properly, the image should be a least 100 dpi (dots per inch) at the desired finished size. For example, a 22x28 Photo/Logo Sign design at 100 dpi would be 2200x2800 pixels. An 11x14 Photo/Logo Sign would be 1100x1400 at 100 dpi. Please be aware that images lower than 100dpi are still able to be printed, but the quality will be significantly lower than what is seen on screen due to the upsizing of the image.
EPS files originally created in Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, etc. are not limited by dpi due to their vector type format, and will print out at the highest quality. However, if JPG, BMP, TIF, GIF, or BMP files (raster images) have be inserted into the EPS, dpi limitations will still apply to them.
If there is a concern about the uploaded image's quality, we will contact you via email.
What if my uploaded photo/logo is cut off on the preview?
We will adjust all photo/logos that do not fill the alotted upload space.
What if I have specific pantone colors on my artwork?
We will match your Pantone colors. Please specify the colors in the comments box at checkout. If there is an issue with color matching, we will email you.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How long does it take to print my store sign order?
Typical store sign orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Many times we ship within 24 hours. Shipping options include UPS Next Day and Second Day Air, as well as 3 Day Select and Ground.
What if I need a rush order?
Please contact us with rush requirements. We will work with you to ensure your store signs are delivered on time.
How long will it take for my store signs to arrive?

PROBLEMS USING OUR WEBSITE QUESTIONS
What if I have created and previewed a sign design, but cannot add it to the shopping cart?
Our site has issues with some browsers. If you only enter the information/uploaded file needed into the template, and go directly to Add To Cart instead of Update Preview, the sticker should be added to the shopping cart.
What if I have placed an order but have not received an email confirmation?
All completed orders will receive an email confirmation and order number. If you have not received one, this means your order did not go through and you will need to place it again. Please be sure to click on the final Confirm Order button after the checkout page.
What if the color selection box does not appear when I click on the color box in a template?
Your may have a pop up blocker enabled. Please view your pop up blocker or browser's documentation to find out how to disable it.
